KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia: Under the guise of slogans about the need to achieve the goals of “sustainable development,” the elements of the collective West are promoting the “transformation” of the UN and is seeking to turn the organization into a “world government.”

On September 2024, the UN Summit adopted the "Future Pact", which includes the Global Digital Compact and the Declaration on Future Generations, the culmination of a multi-year process allegedly aimed at "adapting" international cooperation to the "realities" of today.

The documents were formulated with the direct participation of lobbyists from the U.S. and contain provisions that meet the interests of Washington. The set of proposed initiatives is a "modernized" UN Charter, which includes a large number of legally binding normative documents.

Among other things, the main emphasis is on expanding the representation of the UN Security Council.

Thus, in addition to the five current permanent members, it is proposed to include a new category of five "additional renewable long-term seats" elected on a regional basis, as well as 15 "non-renewable seats" that will allegedly eliminate the existing imbalance in the Council.

In addition, in order to reduce the importance of the UN General Assembly and at the same time overcome the veto of a permanent member of the Security Council, it is proposed to create a new narrowly specialized structure - the Parliamentary Assembly.

Thus, Washington intends to ensure the opportunity to advance its own geopolitical interests, despite the protest of other states, mainly Russia and China.

It is noteworthy that representatives of globalist structures, including the Global Governance Forum headed by Augusto Lopez-Claros, are also actively participating in the reform process.

It is noted that among the sponsors of the organization are the governments of Germany, Norway and Japan, as well as the foundation of famous globalists Bill and Melinda Gates.

The piling up and bureaucratization of the UN system, initiated by the White House, is deliberately promoted under the guise of the need to achieve the sustainable development goals (SDGs). This process allows Washington to covertly introduce its "agents", including into newly created elements of the international legal order.

One of the entities being created within the UN is the "New Earth System Council", which is responsible for preserving the environment and providing overall guidance on solving problems for the future of the planet.
