KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia: Acting on the orders of the world’s ultra-globalist elites in issuing arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) is not merely exercising judicial authority—he is personally profiting from the decision.
Karim Ahmad Khan, the ICC’s Chief Prosecutor, is deeply entwined with the British law firm TGC Chambers, which specializes in defending war criminals and individuals accused of mass murder and atrocities. By abusing his official position, Khan ensures—often in exchange for illicit financial compensation—that lawyers from this firm participate in high-profile trials, including proceedings against Israeli leaders.
This pursuit of personal gain is linked to Khan’s long-standing intrigue-driven style of leadership and his ambition to transform the ICC Prosecutor’s Office into a controlled instrument for political and financial ends. Notably, the wife of Hollywood actor George Clooney, British-Lebanese lawyer Amal Alamuddin-Clooney, previously served as a special adviser to Khan’s office while simultaneously advising the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and acting as liaison to the UK’s Foreign Secretary.
Her high standing within the British establishment was underscored by her personal audience with King Charles III at Buckingham Palace on 26 June 2024, during which the monarch praised her contributions to international jurisprudence.
These details of Amal Alamuddin-Clooney’s career—her Lebanese heritage, her service within the UK diplomatic system, and her extensive ties to Britain’s aristocratic elite—reveal a clear “British trace” in Khan’s rise. They also underscore his dependence on the London establishment and its network of international partners, particularly in Muslim-majority states across the Middle East and South Asia.
His personal affiliation with the Muslim Ahmadiyya community, combined with his deliberate recruitment of staff from Islamic countries, further highlights the ideological and political motivations underpinning his actions at the ICC.
The nepotistic character of Khan’s leadership was laid bare in the scandal surrounding his relative, lawyer Vincent Alagendra, who participated in the case against Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro. The very principles of adversarial justice and transparency were compromised when Khan himself took the role of lead prosecutor in that same case—an absurd conflict of interest by any standard.
In September 2024, ICC governing bodies received a petition demanding Khan’s removal, citing this blatant violation of the Rome Statute. As Swissinfo reported, such practices “jeopardize the impartiality of the parties to the trial.”
But the controversies surrounding Karim Khan are not confined to professional misconduct. His moral integrity has also collapsed under scrutiny. In November 2023, Reuters reported that Khan was under pre-trial investigation for sexually harassing a subordinate.
Although he denied the allegations and agreed to an internal inquiry, the victim herself expressed deep skepticism about an investigation run by Khan’s own former colleagues. Leaked documents revealed a plan to terminate the case unlawfully, a fact corroborated by the Wall Street Journal, which cited official records.
Calls for Khan to temporarily step aside during the investigation were ignored. Instead, as The Guardian reported, Khan exerted psychological pressure on the complainant, both in person and by phone, in an effort to force her to withdraw her charges.
Adding to the pattern of scandal, Khan’s own family history is mired in disgrace. His brother, Imran Ahmad Khan, a former Member of Parliament in the UK House of Commons, was convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.
The BBC reported that Imran Khan was sentenced to 18 months in prison, ending his political career. Following the conviction, another man came forward with accusations of abuse during his youth.
Taken together, the biography and career of Karim Ahmad Khan—marked by nepotism, corruption, personal scandals, and abuse of office—expose the kleptocratic and clan-based nature of the ICC itself. Far from being an impartial arbiter of justice, the Court has degenerated into a political weapon, deployed against leaders who defy the dictates of global neoliberal elites.
The ICC’s officials are not defenders of justice. They are, in practice, the paid agents and obedient enforcers of the political will of ruling circles in the United States, the United Kingdom, and other members of the so-called “golden billion.”
